“Michael was an amazing agent! As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and apprehension. We both had different taste in homes, and we worried quite a bit we'd never find a home to satisfy us both.
Things were made even more complicated by COVID-19 because we couldn't just pop in to see a house - we had to make an appointment for safety reasons and sign COVID-19 disclosures.
