The Deal

In March 2021, Michael assisted Jon and Sydney with the purchase of an immaculate 4 bed/2.5 bath single-family custom home in the Oakshade neighborhood of South Davis.

Highlights of this deal include:

- Our offer was selected over at least two other offers. And, in this crazy seller’s market, our sales price was only $5K above Zillow’s estimate on closing day!

- Sellers agreed to a 17-day inspection contingency, in which we performed property, roof, HVAC and chimney inspections. Sellers agreed to cover all repair costs, including $783 in HVAC repairs and $765 in pool repairs.

- Sellers agreed to pay all County and City transfer taxes and fees.

- Sellers coordinated 100% pest clearance before close of escrow.

- Sellers agreed to purchase a $690 Enhanced Home Warranty plan with pool/spa coverage.

- We closed 3 days early!
