In August 2019, Michael assisted his sister- and brother-in-law with the purchase of a beautiful 4 bed/2.5 bath single-family home in the Mace Ranch neighborhood of Davis.

Highlights of this deal include:

- $680K purchase price was $5K below appraised value and $9K below Redfin’s estimate as of closing.

- Sellers paid for pest clearance, roof repairs, and $945 in additional repairs for issues identified by our inspections.

- Rent back was negotiated down from requested 4 weeks to 2 weeks with a security deposit and all utilities paid by Sellers.

- Professional cleaning upon move-out.

- Closed on time!
